 With a passion for building & community, Mark has his pulse on the market and takes pride in understanding the wants and needs of his clients. Whether it is a single-family residential home or a multi-family property, Mark's attention to detail throughout every step of the construction process continually leads the team in a clear direction forward. Mark is a true PNW native. Growing up in Seattle, he lives in Edmonds where along with his wife Debbie and golden retriever, Aspen. In his free time, you can find Mark either out on a golf course or traveling the globe!

 Debbie grew up in a real estate family and came back full circle to her roots following a robust career in the travel industry.  After acquiring her real estate license, she joined the Windermere Real Estate family. Debbie is responsible for successfully planning and designing new home developments as well as serving clients as an experienced sales professional. She serves as your point of contact for investing in Moving Forward Homes or elsewhere in the community.  In her free time, she enjoys local theatre & music festivals, spending time with Aspen and is always planning her next travel adventure with her husband of 28 years, Mark.
